How do you read the [OGURI CAP MASTERY] Uma Racing roster picker?

Walk the tree in order. Do not skip to a late unlock because the shop model looked rare.

1. Air Groove — Uncommon Pace Chaser whose debuffs need racers nearby. November 2025 and June 2026 disagree on whether she has a Zone.
2. Daiwa Scarlet — Rare Pace Chaser who can dash twice. Save both uses for passes instead of the opening sprint.
3. Gold Ship — Rare Late Surger and the usual beginner recommendation from 2025. Her Zone text changed again by June 2026.
4. Haru Urara — Common Late Surger starter. Fast finishes are possible when the final Spurt still has stamina.
5. Meisho Doto — Rare Update 1.1 Uma who blinds and slows racers ahead, then takes a speed buff.
6. Mejiro McQueen — Epic Pace Chaser who stores feathers at full sprint and spends them as acceleration, including an immediate Acceleration+++ Zone.
7. Neo Universe — Legendary Uma who replaced Tokai Teio on the banner. Her Skill text was not retrieved.
8. Nice Nature — Uncommon Update 1.1 Uma with a 3-QTE Skill in the uncited community text, and a Zone that wants 3rd or worse.
9. Oguri Cap — Legendary Pace Chaser. Her November no-drain Skill is long, and the June 2026 summary is much shorter, after QOL update 1.52.
10. Rice Shower — Legendary Pace Chaser with a 3.5 second no-drain Skill that gets extra effects from behind a leader.
11. Silence Suzuka — Legendary Front Runner. Three seconds without drain on the Skill, and a Zone that also cuts drain and adds speed.
12. Super Creek — Epic Uma with a unique run animation and an A placement on the May 1, 2026 board. Skill seconds were not retrieved.
13. Tamamo Cross — Legendary Pace Chaser. Every dated card gives her regen, a no-drain window, and a short nearby drain, but the seconds do not match.
14. T.M. Opera O — Legendary Late Surger from Update 1.1. Her Skill gets stronger with racers around her.
15. Tokai Teio — Legendary Pace Chaser with a two-use QTE Skill and a Fracture stack that can trip you at 4.
16. Yaeno Muteki — Epic Pace Chaser with two Skill uses and a 4-QTE Zone duel against the racer ahead.
17. Front Runner — Early lead, higher top speed, and a larger stamina bill on the November 23, 2025 table.
18. Pace Chaser — No top-speed boost, lower stamina use, and faster regen on the November 23, 2025 table.
19. Late Surger — Weak early, highest max speed on the November table, and speed that falls off if you coast.
