Tokai Teio

Tokai Teio is a Legendary Pace Chaser from Update 1.4. The page calls her upcoming in one sentence and then says she was added, ran on the first limited banner, and was removed from banners when Neo Universe released. Teio Step can be used twice: stamina regen, Accel+, and a QTE. Success raises that to Accel++ and heals a Fracture. Failure causes a Fracture. Fracture also comes from bad corners, debuffs, Spurts, and losing speed. A good corner heals one stack. It cuts a lot of speed briefly, stacks to 3, and another stack trips you. Zone Beyond The Horizon is a large Spurt plus acceleration. At 2 or 3 Fracture stacks the cutscene removes them and still gives acceleration. No S-to-D letter was published for her on the boards used here.

Was a limited-banner Legendary. Community notes say Neo Universe replaced her on the banner. Whether a later shop still offers her was not confirmed.

Clear the Teio Step QTE. A fail applies Fracture, and Spurt can apply more. Heal stacks with good corners, or spend Beyond The Horizon at 2 or 3 stacks to clear them. Do not ride a fourth stack.
