What is Daiwa Scarlet?

Daiwa Scarlet is a Rare Pace Chaser with two Skill uses. The November 24, 2025 text calls each use a forward dash. Her Zone then is 2.5 seconds of regen, and 0.6 seconds without drain if a racer is within 35 studs. The June 13, 2026 summary calls the Skill a double sprint with no extra buffs, and the Zone stamina recovery plus reduced consumption. A November running tip also mentions her as a blind threat on the final turn. That blind is not in the June ability cell, so treat it as an older note unless the tooltip still shows it.
