What is Rice Shower?

Rice Shower is a Legendary Pace Chaser. Her Skill stops stamina drain for 3.5 seconds. If you are behind someone, November 2025 adds 0.5 seconds of regen and makes it harder for the target to sprint. June 13, 2026 says that behind-someone case also adds acceleration and a 2 second speed debuff. Both writeups mention a cost to using it: November calls it a sprint delay after the Skill. Zone regen is 2.5 seconds and it drains racers within 35 studs for a short window. November says 0.3 seconds for that drain. She is in S on the May and June 2026 boards.
